Video & Audio Release & Monetization Agreement<\/h1>\n

    (Hereinafter referred to as ‘Publisher\/Company’)

      (Hereinafter referred to as ‘Creator\/Owner’)

      <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Terms & Conditions<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Grant of Rights
        – The Creator grants full and exclusive permission to the Company to use, publish, distribute, edit, monetize, promote, and reproduce the video\/audio content provided by the Creator.
        – These rights are granted worldwide and may include platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, OTT, television, and other digital\/physical mediums.

      2. Revenue Sharing
        – After the Creator\u2019s channel\/content is monetized, the revenue generated will be shared as follows:
        – Company: 30% (Thirty Percent)
        \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 – Creator: 70% (Seventy Percent)
        \u00a0\u00a0 – Payments will be made on a monthly\/quarterly basis (as mutually agreed) after receipt of revenue from YouTube\/MCN Network.

      3. MCN Network
        – The Creator\u2019s channel\/content shall be connected with the Company\u2019s MCN (Multi-Channel Network) for monetization and revenue sharing.

      4. Duration \/ Lock-in Period
        – This Agreement shall remain valid for 5 (Five) years from the date of signing.
        – During this period, the Creator cannot remove the channel from the Company\u2019s MCN or terminate the Agreement without written consent of the Company.

      5. Ownership & Rights
        – The Creator confirms that the submitted video\/audio is original and does not violate any third-party copyright.
        – The Creator retains original authorship\/ownership of the content but grants the Company exclusive rights to monetize and distribute the content for the lock-in period.

      6. Indemnity
        – The Creator agrees to indemnify the Company against any legal claim, copyright strike, or third-party dispute arising out of the content provided.

        <\/li>\n
      7. Termination
        – Either party may terminate this Agreement only after completion of the 5-year lock-in period.
        – Any revenue earned or pending during the Agreement period shall be settled as per the revenue-sharing clause.

      8. Stamp Duty
        – This Agreement shall be executed on a stamp paper purchased in the name of the Creator.
        – The cost and procurement of the stamp paper shall be the sole responsibility of the Creator.
