Introduction<\/strong><br data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"335\">By availing our monetization, music distribution, video distribution, or content release services, you (\u201cClient\u201d) agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions. These terms govern our working relationship and ensure transparency for both parties.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"630\"><strong data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"604\">2. Services Covered<\/strong><br data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"607\">Our services include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"880\">\n<li data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"694\">\n<p data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"694\">Music distribution on national and international platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"766\">\n<p data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"766\">Video distribution for films, short films, and other video content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"824\">\n<p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"824\">YouTube channel monetization and eligibility support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"880\">\n<p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"880\">Digital Rights Management (DRM) to protect content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"909\"><strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"907\">3. Ownership &amp; Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"1113\">\n<li data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"1007\">\n<p data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"1007\">The Client must own full copyright or have proper licensing rights for all submitted content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1113\">\n<p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1113\">The Client grants us non-exclusive rights to distribute and monetize the content on agreed platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1149\"><strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1147\">4. Payment &amp; Revenue Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1495\">\n<li data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1236\">\n<p data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1236\">Our company retains <strong data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1179\">30%<\/strong> of the total net revenue generated from all platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1313\">\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1313\">The remaining <strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1260\">70%<\/strong> will be paid to the Client after platform payouts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1391\">\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1391\"><strong data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1353\">Revenue reports (Earning Reports)<\/strong> will be updated every <strong data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1388\">3 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1495\">\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1495\">Payments will be made as per the agreed schedule after report generation and platform disbursement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1524\"><strong data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1522\">5. Content Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1704\">\n<li data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1617\">\n<p data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1617\">Content must not violate any copyright laws, community guidelines, or platform policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1704\">\n<p data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1704\">Any content found infringing on third-party rights will be removed without refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1740\"><strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1738\">6. Digital Rights Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1917\">\n<li data-start=\"1741\" data-end=\"1841\">\n<p data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1841\">We will claim, protect, and manage your content rights on platforms to prevent unauthorized use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1917\">\n<p data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1917\">However, we are not responsible for piracy outside supported platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"1939\"><strong data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"1937\">7. Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2089\">\n<li data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2014\">\n<p data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"2014\">Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days\u2019 written notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2089\">\n<p data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2089\">Outstanding payments, if any, will be settled as per the agreed terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2123\"><strong data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2121\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2246\">\n<li data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2246\">\n<p data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2246\">We are not responsible for any revenue loss due to platform policy changes, account suspension, or third-party claims.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2270\"><strong data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2268\">9.
